"Edit since i cannot respond to Todd's reply: It wasn't about the pricing at all. We have been with State Farm forever and know what the pricing is like, i'm sorry that's what you think would earn you a 1 star review. It was that Thania was very rude, and kept referring to my Wife as my sister even after I corrected her."

"I was recently cancelled by Allstate on my homeowners insurance after 46 years as a loyal customer with 0 claims because our house in a residential neighborhood was listed by Allstate to be in a "fire zone".
